Singapore Customers:

Parcels will be dispatched within 1-2 working days once we received the payment. 

Note:
(i) KOJI Ginseng will not hold responsible for the loss of packages.
(ii) We will endeavour to deliver the products within 48 hours to anywhere in Singapore except no-go zones. 

International Customers:

Please allow us to pack and dispatch your parcel within 2-3 working days after payment received. Shipping rate of your country will be show in your shopping bag while proceed to checkout.

Estimated delivery time is 5-14 working days depends on the country of destination. Our customer service will contact you within 48 hours to confrim your delivery.
